Finally home now after our community dinner (biggest ever turn out of 55 people), and thought you might like a peak at what we made. Pulled pork, baked beans and coleslaw were the order of the day.

ReplyDeleteThe beans were the triumph. I created a recipe taking inspiration from British Baked Beans and Boston Baked Beans with a little Fox flair thrown in for good measure (secret recipe ingredient: ginger).
