DESIGN THERAPY: Ibride
The work of Ibride is full of quirky detail, humour and functionality. The collaboration of 3 French family members, Ibride takes inspiration from nature and their travels around the world. The word 'ibride' is a play on words meaning hybrid, with their pieces combining forms to produce unexpectedly functional pieces, particularly in their furniture collection using animal forms. The result is contemporary, practical, fantastical, romantic and comedic all at the same time.
