Design Therapy: Lisa Stickley

Lisa Stickley's collaboration with the British department store Debenhams launches today.

Her collection, "House & Home by Lisa Stickley" features storage canisters, fabric items such as tea towels and bedlinen, and chinawares all in her signature classic vintage British style inspired by the 50s and 60s. Lisa's work is fun, whimsical and pretty. Read more about the collaboration here.

I am not sure that this collection completely captures the unique character and strength of Lisa's work and I must confess that I prefer her home furnishings and bags from her main line Lisa Stickley London, but I applaud the attempt to make her style and design available for a more mass market audience.

Since she has a sale on her own website now, this might be the time to grab a bit of original Stickley design for yourself! Sale or not, I love these picks...
